To put it simply, Juvederm Ultra is very similar to Restylane. Both have similar results and last a similar amount of time. Because they are so similar, I put cost first as my determining factor on which product to use when every last drop counts. Whichever product costs less per cc (not syringe as they both come in different size syringes) is the one that I would use most often. In most offices, Restylane will cost less. That being said, there are some slight differences between the products, although this may not be clinically relevant (the patient may not appreciate the difference).
