ONLINE PORTAL
For your safety and convenience, we offer several online services that make it fast, easy and safe to communicate directly with the doctor, send photos to the doctor, review your bills, read handouts that were provided, see parts of your medical chart, schedule/change/cancel appointments, and have online visits (teledermatology).
Below are instructions and videos on how to use these services.
Using our online portal, you can send a message directly to the doctor, request an appointment, see parts of your medical record, send photos to the doctor to review, check in for your appointments, review your medications, allergies, and medical problems, and view your billing history. We HIGHLY recommend that ALL patients utilize this service.
Klara (our online portal)
Klara.com – send messages to the doctor, check in for appointments, make/change/cancel appointments
- You will receive an email from “Klara”. You must open this email within 24 hours. If not, you must call us to resend you an invitation.
- Follow all instructions.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED: We do not have access to the backend of this system. We cannot unlock accounts, change passwords, enable access. All that our office can do is have them send you an invite and connect your account to our office. Any issues for logging into this system has to be handled by KLARA. This is for your security.
How to send messages and/or photos to the doctor using www.KLARA.com
In your Klara account you can send messages, which can include photographs, to one of the nurses or Dr. Bader. Please be advised that there may be charges associated.
VIRTUAL VISITS
We are not offering virtual visits at this time. This may change in the near future.
