JUVÉDERM VOLUMA™ XC is a hyaluronic acid filler that has been FDA approved for volume correction in the cheeks. This new product will compete with the already popular Radiesse™ and is used to give more volume to the cheeks and/or fill in hollows. It appears that this product will be priced higher than Radiesse™ and, although purported to last up to 2 years, head-to-head studies are needed to determine which product is superior.
